The Q&A Queue screen displays the list of participants in queue waiting to ask a question. Once the Q&A is active click on the tab the view this list.

1. Q&A Queue

• Lists the Names and Additional Information of participants who are waiting to ask a question.
• The order in which participants are displayed is the order in which the Operator will take questions.

2. Current Questioner

• Displays the Name and Additional Information of the participant whose line is open to ask a question.

3. Refresh List

• Refreshes the Question Queue.
• List automatically refreshes every 6 seconds.
• If the list has been sorted, new questioners will appear at the bottom of the list.

4. Sort by Name *

• Sorts participants' names in alphabetical order.

5. Sort by Information *

• Sorts participants' Additional Information in alphabetical order.

6. Advance *

• Advances the selected participant to the Current Questioner position.
• This action will take control of the Question Queue away from the Operator with no advance notice. The participant you are advancing will immediately be moved to the current questioner position and his/her line will be unmuted without being introduced.

7. Delete *

• Deletes the selected participant from the Question Queue.

8. Up and Down Arrows

• Moves the selected participant up or down within the Question Queue.

*Please Note: Once this action is taken, the original order cannot be recovered.
