The
Q&A Queue screen displays the list of participants
in queue waiting to ask a question. Once the Q&A
is active click on the tab the view this list.
1.
Q&A Queue
- Lists
the Names and Additional Information of participants
who are waiting to ask a question.
- The
order in which participants are displayed is the order
in which the Operator will take questions.
2.
Current Questioner
- Displays
the Name and Additional Information of the participant
whose line is open to ask a question.
3.
Refresh List
- Refreshes
the Question Queue.
- List
automatically refreshes every 6 seconds.
- If
the list has been sorted, new questioners will appear
at the bottom of the list.
4.
Sort by Name *
- Sorts
participants' names in alphabetical order.
5.
Sort by Information *
- Sorts
participants' Additional Information in alphabetical
order.
6.
Sort By Bridge *
7.
Clear Podium *
- Removes current questioner.
8.
Delete *
- Removes a participant's line from queue. The participant will be removed from queue and the operator will not open the line for a question.
9.
Up and Down Arrows
- Moves
the selected participant up or down within the Question
Queue.
10.
Promote
- Immediately opens a participant's line to ask a question (Note-The participant's line will be un-muted without being introduced).

cannot be recovered.
