The Participant List shows a list of the participants on the audio conference. This list may be viewed at any time during the conference by clicking on the tab.

1. Participant List

• Lists the Names, Additional Information and Conference Status (connected/disconnected) of participants.

2. Download Participant List *

• Downloads the participant list in a CSV format that can be viewed or saved to your computer.

3. Refresh List

• Refreshes the Participant List.
• List automatically refreshes every 6 seconds.

4. Sort by Name

• Sorts participants' Names in alphabetical order.

5. Sort by Information

• Sorts participants' Additional Information in alphabetical order.

6. Sort by Status

• Sorts participants' conference Status in alphabetical order.

7. Previous Page & Next Page

• Moves between Participant List pages.
• Participant List display 25 participants per page.

8. Additional Information Mouse Over

• Displays a third piece of information by placing the mouse over the participant name.
